We provide you with all the paperwork needed to sell, or rent your property, including:

A Formal Offer Document. This is a simple 1 page agreement you can give to buyers to simplify the negotiation process. Once accepted, its information can be used to finalize your contract of sale to form a legally binding contract.

A Contract Of Sale. This contract is approved by both the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and Queensland Law Society to be used to forma legally binding agreement with your buyer. You can complete this with the buyer, yourself, or you can do this with the assistance of your conveyancing solicitor.

Tenancy Application. This tenancy application form includes all the information, and wavers, you'll need to collect from prospective tenants to conduct background checks and evaulate them as suitible candidates for your rental.

Lease Agreement. This is the Residential Tenants Authority approved lease agreement form to complete with your tenant to form a lease agreement with them and set out the terms and timeframe of that lease.

Bond Lodgement Form. This is the Residential Tenants Authority approved form to complete with your tenant to file their bond with the RTA.

Entry Condition Report. This is the Residential Tenants Authority approved form to complete with your tenant to notarize the condition of the property upon commencement of lease.
